This tool was created as a prop for VR astronaut simulations in Unreal Engine in NASA XOSS (XR Operations Support System), as a recreation of a rake tool used during three of the Apollo missions. The model is two separate pieces, the rake and the long extension handle, as any fitting could be attached to the extension handle during EVAs on the moon. The high and low polys were modeled and UVed in Maya, and all of the texturing and bakes were done in Substance 3D Painter.
